China (Shenzhen) International Personnel Training Center (CIPTC), established in 1991, is a deputy bureau-level public institution jointly held by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs(National Bureau of Foreign Experts) and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government. It is recognized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs as a training organization qualified to organize groups and individuals for overseas training programs. Furthermore, it is designated by the Organization Department of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee to serve as a training base for civil servants and by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau as an international talent training base. Additionally, CIPTC is designated by the Shenzhen Bureau of Veterans Affairs as a demonstration base for education and training for retired military personnel.
In 2020, CIPTC was incorporated into the Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy.
Located in the International Elite Building in the heart of Futian District, CIPTC occupies 25 floors with a total area of 2,500 square meters. Situated in close proximity to the Civic Center and multiple metro stations, CIPTC’s comprehensive facilities, convenient transportation, rigorous management, and welcoming service have attracted a large number of individuals seeking training. Moreover, domestic and international universities have established platforms for academic certification and continuing education in CIPTC.
